Stewardship
Parish finances begin and end with stewardship. All that we have belongs to God and is entrusted to us to use for God's purposes. In our case funds raised through stewardship efforts are used to further the many missions that the people of St. Mary's undertake. The funds are also used for the more mundane but critical needs such as maintaining facilities, paying utilities and compensating our clergy and staff.
The Stewardship Committee's responsibilities consist of assisting the parish in meeting its budget goals by planning and coordinating both the annual stewardship fund-raising drive and special fund-raising projects including our annual all parish auction. The Committee meets monthly and welcomes interested parishioners to attend.
