Alzheimer's disease is a devastating, but poorly understood, degenerative disease and the cause of 60-70% of all dementia cases. This 2023 film by Hideyuki Tokigawa documents the experiences of several Alzheimer's patients who have been following a novel treatment approach coordinated by neurologist Dale Bredesen, in the hope of retaining or even regaining memory and mental function.
The 85-minute film will be followed by a group discussion. This event is free to attend; please register ahead of time so that we will know how many people to expect.
